With strong lines, the architect Oscar Niemeyer projected the Grande Hotel de Ouro Preto in the early 40’s on the edge of Tripuí River, where the first gold nugget had been found. With a special location, near the main historical monuments and first class service, the Grande Hotel de Ouro Preto provides great comfort to tourists from all over the world.

All the 35 rooms have a color TV, music, closet, fridge, telephone and central heating system.

The hotel has a restaurant, Perypatus, with the city view, where the customer may feel as part of Baroque time.

The swimming pool, also projected by Niemeyer, provides our guests some nice leisure.

The hotel offers a bar and garage.

The convention room can hold up to 100 people and it is possible to use the coffee break and buffet restaurant services. There is the great advantage of its location, right in the center of the city.
